East Wing Improvements:

Drywall: 1st floor Pre-School and Kindergarten Classrooms drywall is continuing and is nearly completed…these rooms are ready for ductwork and ceilings.
Insulation has been installed in the restroom walls.
Multi Purpose room drywall will begin following completion of remaining electrical work.
 
Ductwork: 2nd floor ductwork is completed except for final connections to ceilings and diffusers. 1st floor main supply work will begin soon.   
 
Plumbing: Plumbing rough is completed throughout; final install will follow installation of finishes.
 
Electrical:  1st  floor classrooms electrical power rough-in is completed 2nd floor rough in is on-going.
AV conduits and lighting conduits are in progress in Jr High, High School and Multi-purpose...

East Wing Improvements:

Drywall: 2nd floor duct shaft penetrations have been framed out, gypboard applied and fire taped.  1st floor Pre-School and Kindergarten Classrooms have been one sided with drywall.  Insulation has been placed in 95% of the 1st floor area and the 2nd side of drywall is being installed. The first floor Hallway drywall lid has been installed and proceeding with fire taping.

Ductwork: Ductwork has been placed thru the penetrations.  
 
Plumbing: The Kitchen floor sinks have been removed, new ones set in place, ready for concrete patch on Friday 8/20/10.  All gas piping has been installed at the 1st and 2nd floor.
 
Carpentry: Work below the roof structure for new HVAC units and exhaust fans have been completed, gypboard hung, and fire taped.

East Wing Improvements:

· East Wing Work:  Spray sound insulation below the 2nd floor structure has been completed with the exception of the duct shaft locations.  Rough electrical work continues.  Opening drywall below 2nd floor to start framing and gyp board work around 2nd floor framing to accommodate the duct shafts.  HVAC roof curbs have been placed on the roof and started laying out for framing below the roof. Placed concrete floor slab at the plumbing trench in the Catering Kitchen as well as the outside patio sidewalk.  Started installing gas piping within the Multi-Purpose room.  Installing HVAC ductwork within the roof trusses in the Multi-Purpose room. Hung drywall at the Multi-Purpose side of the 2nd floor storage room.

East Wing Improvements:

Steel stud wall framing and furring is approximately 80% complete.  The 1’-0” high ripper of gypboard at the top of walls but below the spray on sound insulation area has been completed.  Spray on sound insulation below the 2nd floor structure at the 1st floor is approximately 70% complete.  2nd floor main water line has been installed. Plumbing venting for the Kitchen has been installed up to the 1st floor ceiling.  Condensate plumbing for the Multi-Purpose room HVAC units has been installed.  Starting HVAC ductwork runs in the Multi-Purpose room.  Rough electrical conduits to the roof HVAC units has been installed to the main electrical room.  Preparing the Kitchen plumbing trench for concrete pour back on Monday August 9, 2010.
